WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PREMIER AND BASIC PACKAGES?
The Basic Package includes Joints, Clear and Corner Clamps, Galvanized Steel Wheel Frames for Movable props, and Blueprints with detailed instructions including cutting lengths. The Premier Package includes everything in the Basic Package PLUS cut-to-size pipe with snap buttons. All packages now include wheels and hardware!
WHERE CAN I FIND STOCK PHOTOS?
Band Today is able to provide you with high resolution stock photos from Dreamstime.com and Pixabay.com through our account. The best way is to browse images through YOU Design using our templates. You may also browse online and record the image number to share with us. If you want to use another stock image supplier we ask that you license and download the image yourself. You can then share the image with your designer.
HOW CAN I PURCHASE THE PIPE MYSELF?
Our Basic packages require customers to purchase pipe locally. You can save money this way. Our props are designed to use 1.315 galvanized top rail pipe available are your local hardware store such as Lowes or Home Depot. We provide detailed instructions including number of pieces of pipe needed to purchase and cutting lengths for all of our basic packages. Premier Packages include cut to size pipe.
WHAT CAN I DO TO SECURE TO PIPES TOGETHER MORE SECURELY?
NEW! Easy Snap Button Pipe
During initial construction, joints can be taped together with duct or electrical tape. After initial assembly time should be taken to drill holes and add snap buttons to the pipe. Click Prop Accessories at the bottom of the page to purchase a Snap Button Package.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FABRIC AND VINYL?
Once you have chosen your design, you will need to choose whether to have it printed on Vinyl, Blocker Fabric Mesh, or Fabric. Fabric makes colors “POP” for a much richer presentation. Fabrics will not bleed, and is machine washable. If you can afford the extra cost, it’s well worth it. Vinyl is more cost-efficient and is used by bands all over the country.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY PROPS?
Once you finalize a design, you’re two weeks out from having your props in hand! If you’re using our designers for Custom Design, you can expect your first draft within 48 hours Monday-Friday. If you use our YOU Design studio, your draft is considered “approved” once you send it to us. Let us know if you are trying to meet a deadline and we will do our best to accommodate you.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Props and printed large format media are heavy. Shipping is $25.00 minimum or approximately 15% of total order.
I MADE MY OWN ARTWORK, CAN I JUST USE THAT?
YES! Go to our YOU design studio and under "images" on the left, choose "Upload". Our graphic department will review your image to be sure it will print well and we might recommend a different image if there isn’t enough resolution. Copyright research is the responsibility of the customer.
WHAT ARE CLEAR CLAMPS?
Clear Clamps and Corner Clamps are exclusively provided by Band Today! These nifty little clamps secure your printed media to your frame without hassle! They fit perfectly and can twist to provide a smooth and wrinkle-free fit. Click "Prop Accessories" at the bottom of any screen to purchase Clear Clamps.

ART SUBMISSION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Images which have been downloaded from the internet are not of a sufficient resolution for print and it could be illegal for Band Today to use them without the proper permissions. Copyright of all images, that are sent to Band Today, fall upon the purchaser and Band Today is not responsible for copyright research. Clients assume all Copyright responsibility when supplying their own art files for printing.
Band Today has a corporate account with Dreamstime and Pixabay. We can use stock photos from these sources at no additional charge to you. If you prefer a stock photo from a different source, we recommend that you purchase them individually.
All images submitted for print will be converted to CMYK color mode. Your final proofs will be in CMYK, please note royal blue and neon colors are the most difficult to duplicate in CMYK. When color fidelity is critical, Band Today recommends that you order a proof before final approval of your artwork. Band Today will not be held responsible for color matching if a sample proof is not ordered before final approval. Colors may vary from computer monitor to print. Therefore, the best way to insure a color match is through the approval of a sample proof.
You Design artwork is not considered Print Ready and art fees may apply. Custom designs are billed by the hour.
